Volunteers are a key part of the team at Northdale.
The support provided by our volunteers is a key part of our daily work.
Volunteers at Northdale support adults with learning disabilities so that individuals can take part in all of our activities.
Volunteers work with individuals or in small groups and are always supported by a member of the Northdale team. Volunteers typically work a few hours or a day or two per week.
We support volunteers with a range of training including Safeguarding Alerter, Makaton Level 1 and Epilepsy Awareness.
